On Tuesday, December 1, O'Hara will take part in Giving Tuesday. Giving Tuesday is a global movement that intentionally follows Black Friday and Cyber Monday and encourages people to give. 

Gifts of time, gifts of talent and gifts of treasure are all equally important and valuable to any non-profit organization. At O'Hara, we are thankful and blessed to have a wonderful community of people who support and share time, talent and treasure with us.  

All money raised on Giving Tuesday will go toward continued upgrades to the security of our building. A front door buzzer system and additional security cameras are the next phase of our upgrades, and the cost of this project is approximately $15,000. Security will be a "Raise your Paddle" item at our auction this year; however, we would love to get a head start on this fundraising.
